Please complete the appropriate application and return it to the Building Department in person, by mail, or by email. Submittals, including digital submittals, are due two weeks before the meeting date. Submit digital submittals to Board Secretary Monica Ferrante. Please make checks payable to The City of Mayfield Heights.
