Fireworks Ordinance

Please see the link below for the City of Mayfield Heights Fireworks Ordinance. Recently enacted Ohio Law allowing fireworks also allows for home rule by local municipalities and allows cities with local ordinances to enforce those ordinances. 

Mayfield Heights has a local ordinance prohibiting the sale, possession, transportation or exhibition of class 1.3G and 1.4G fireworks. This ordinance will continue to be enforced within the Mayfield Heights City Limits.
